As we are a by appointment service at Jane Bourvis, we kindly ask that all brides and their guests arrive at their scheduled appointment time. We are not able to receive early arrivals, unless previously arranged, as it is likely we are still helping other clients. We appreciate your consideration and cooperation in helping us to guarantee the each bride gets the attention and care they deserve during that time with us.

We also prefer that each bride brings no more than 2 guests to their appointment, so please also be conscious of this when booking. Guests will be asked to remain seated during fittings and appointments, to allow our team space to do their best work, but also to protect the delicate nature of our gowns, and the work that we do.
